A group of my friends are excited about watching Rihanna’s and Chris Brown’s upcoming concert this month; I’d rather watch Hairspray, though. I’m glad they added a few more show dates because I haven’t checked for tickets. I don’t want to buy online just because the Web site selling tickets isn’t exactly easy to navigate. Besides, I bought tickets for Fiddler on the Roof online before and I almost regretted it. Not only because the show was quite dull (I loved the movie) but also because we almost arrived too late to claim the tickets at the ticket booth. I had to call the main branch from the cab just to plead them to have someone wait for a bit even if was already closing time. Had they not acquiesced, my online card payment would have come to waste.
A lot of people I know are still wary about online transactions. As for me, except for scenarios as described above, I like that we’re making progress with technology that way. I suppose we still have a way to go compared with how the first-world countries are working it. Concert tickets like Borgata Casino Event Center Tickets, Prudential Center Tickets, or Madison Square Garden Tickets are just a few clicks away. Go to Ebay and you’ll see every little thing from the really pricey such as condominium units to the simplest things such as key chains and stuff being auctioned online. It’s neat, really. It just needs a little getting used to. It wouldn’t hurt to be careful, too – always make sure you’re dealing with a secured Web site before making any kind of purchase.
